Creativity of Rabindranath (1901-1902)

                                                                                                                                                                 

Sailesh Chandra and Srish Chandra Majumdar requested Rabindranath to take charge of Bangadarshan in its new phase. Rabindranath accepted the proposal with his unwillingness.The first issue was published on 15th May 1901.A highly interesting novel written by Rabindranath began to publish from the first issue.
The following articles were published in the 1st issue of new phase of Bangadarsan.

Rabindranath always welcomes
Rabindranath has deep regard for Sivaji.
He has publicized ideals of the patriots to propagate Sivaji's ideology.
Rabindranath's attraction for Philology was inborn. He wrote on this issue " Let me say a relevant and insignificant word in this respect. The word "Anubadita" is used in Bengali. Even the learned persons are using this.Now a days Aunita are sued in place of that.I am afraid that the word "Srijan" will take the form "Sarjjan".
In Falgoon1307 of Sahitya a famous article on Phisiology and Geology written by Subodh Chandra Mahalanabis [1867-1953], husband of   Manika Devi, daughter of Keshab Chandra sen, was published. Rabindranath  wrote in this respect,
" It is a great news that an expert like Mahalanabis has agreed to write in Bengali.What he has written is in lucid expression . There is no frightful expression . "
Rabindranath always encouraged writers who writes Scientific essays in Bengali.In a discussion of Centripetal force and centrifugal reactions Rabindranath used "Kendranug" and "Kendratig"
Shakti which was said by Upendrakisore as Kendravisarini and Kendrapagamini shakti.
Rabindranath was very busy during this time due to the marriage of Madhurilata, the eldest daughter, Darjeeling journey and other affairs. But his number  of creation in writings was not small.
Jaishtha and Asharh issue of Bangadarshan was published as a joint issue . He wrote Priyanath, " I apply for articles in Bangadarshan. I may die for want of articles . I could not devote  time for different stress and strain."

"Rabindranath took the responsibility of Bangadarsan as an editor   to  make a compromise between Indian and European civilisation by developing the best of Indian culture." He explained the subject in the essay "Prachya O Paschatya Sabhyata".
