Creativity of Rabindranath - 1877-1878

The magazine Bharati was established at the initiative of Jyotirindranath for two poets Rabindranath and Akshay Chandra Choudhury.In the first issue Rabindranath wrote,
1. Bharati -poem
2. Meghnad bad Kabya - Essay [ at the end written in Bengali Alphabet "Bha" first alphabet of Bhanu]
3. Bhikharini - three stanza of a story
and Akshay Choudhury wrote
1. Banga sahitya -
In  one of the oldest manuscript, Malati Punthi
it is found in 41/22 page, Two slokas of Balmiki Ramayan and and a part of the English original writings of Madhusudan.
In the second issue,
1. Himalaya - Poem,
2. Meghnad Bad Kabya -
In Aswin issue of Bharati,
1. Meghnad Badh Kabya -
2.Agamoni -poem
3. Bhanu singher Kabita - from Bhanusingher Padabali
4. Karuna/ Bhumika and 1st para.
5. Utsargageeti [ Tomaritare ma sanpinu deha]
Bhanusingher Kabita was published in this month.
Rabindranath also published "saishab Sangeet"
Rabindranath wrote Upahar geeti and Kabikahini.
Rabindranath wrote in this context,
"I wrote a Kabya titled Kabikahini and published in Bharati this year. The year when the boy did not see things of this world , only  thought of his imagined unclear shadow body. ....."
In Kartik issue Rabindranath wrote;

2. Karuna - 4th para
In Agrahayan,
1. Jhansir Rani
2. Bhanusingher Kabita[gahan kusuma kunja majhe]
3. Karuna -5th para
4. chhinna Latika - [sadher kanane mor]
In Malati Punthi there is a poem written in Mitrakshar Tripadi of 15 lines the first line of which is, "Pashan Hridaye keno sanpinu hriday'
Prabodh Chandra Sen gave the introduction of the poem in the  following way;
"It was first written in  pencil after that ink pen was drawn over it 'as is where is' way . It was written on the poem , 'sanibar-agrahayan 1877' which was also written in pencil but ink was not drawn over it. The first line of the poem was not also painted. It seems that the date was meant for the poem. the date was incomplete. the date of Agrahayan was not mentioned.In between the two a dash was given. Probably the date was not remembered. ........."
Three poems 1.Oki sakhi kano karitechho....", 2.Bhebechhi kaharo sathe mishibana aar" 3. hare bidhi ki darun adrishta aamar" were found in the manuscript, the leaves being torned. , but they were not published in any magazine.

This  Meghnad badh Kabya contained a long translated portion of Eliod of Homer, many quotations from translated portion by Hemchandra Bhattacharya's  Ayodhya Kanda  of  Balmiki's Ramayana as also two big portion of Yuddha kanda . To establish his own statement this young critic used these as examples.

Rabindranath wrote, 'when Bharati stepped into 2nd year Mejdada [Satyendranath] proposed that he would take him to England to make him Barrister.'
